TiffMichelle is a minister, advocate, visionary, and faithful follower of Christ. Known for bringing practical leadership and spiritual insight together, she leads with compassion, authenticity, and wisdom. She values the gifts and perspectives of those around her, recognizing that serving the Kingdom of God and carrying out the Great Commission require a willingness to listen, learn, and work together.
From boardrooms to prayer rooms, her passion remains the same: helping people live with purpose, rooted in faith and open to healing and transformation. Having experienced hurt within ministry, TiffMichelle has a heart for those navigating similar wounds. Through her work, she helps others embrace the truth of Romans 8:1: there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Her desire is for people to walk in that freedom, grow in their relationship with God, and move forward in the purpose He has given them.
MY HEART FOR PEOPLE
Faith shapes
how I serve.
My relationship with God shapes how I lead, how I serve, and how I understand my calling. As I continue to grow in Him, I am learning that walking in purpose requires trust, obedience, and a willingness to let Him work in me. The same truths I share with others continue to challenge and shape my own life.
As a mother of four, I know what it means to care deeply about someone’s future while helping them navigate what is right in front of them. Motherhood, leadership, and serving others have taught me to listen, make room for different needs, and recognize that growth does not look the same for everyone. Sometimes people need guidance. Sometimes they need encouragement. Sometimes they simply need someone who will be present and hear them.
Encouraging women matters to me because I understand how much we can carry while still showing up for everyone around us. I want women to have room to be honest, receive support, and grow in their relationship with God. Pouring into the next generation is just as close to my heart. I want young people to know they are valued, that their voices matter, and that they can build a meaningful relationship with God for themselves.
Whether I am teaching, mentoring, speaking, or having a personal conversation, I connect biblical truth with the situations people face every day. Faith shapes how we respond to hurt, set boundaries, raise our children, lead others, and make difficult decisions. My heart is to help people understand God’s Word and live it out, while continuing to do that work in my own life.

Rooted In Truth
When I speak, my heart is to point people back to God and help them connect His Word with what they are living through. I bring Scripture, honest conversation, and practical application together, making room for encouragement, reflection, and questions that help us grow.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in biblical truth. Whether we are talking about identity, healing, relationships, or purpose, I want people to leave with something they can prayerfully consider and put into practice. My desire is for each person to deepen their relationship with God and take their next step with greater understanding and faith.
I welcome opportunities to serve women’s groups, churches, youth and young adult gatherings, and community events. I shape each message with the audience and purpose of the gathering in mind.
