We believe every boy and young man deserves to know his worth, see a future with purpose, and have people in his corner who believe in him.
Label Me King is a nonprofit organization serving underserved boys and young men, with a special heart for Black and Brown boys. We help them recognize who they are, build confidence, and develop the life skills to make thoughtful decisions and take responsibility for their future.
Through mentoring, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community experiences, we give young men opportunities to learn, lead, and serve. Our heart is to help change the trajectory of their lives by walking alongside them as they discover their gifts and grow into the men they were created to be.
ROOTED IN COMMUNITY
Our heart for young men reaches beyond county lines. We serve boys and young men throughout Wake, Durham, Johnston, Harnett, and surrounding counties, welcoming youth from across North Carolina and beyond.

Every young man has gifts to discover, choices to make, and a future to prepare for. We walk alongside him with encouragement, guidance, and practical tools he can use in everyday life.
Leadership
Leadership begins with how you carry yourself and treat others. We help young men practice respect, responsibility, and humility while learning to use their voices, make thoughtful choices, and lead through service.
Life Skills
Growing up comes with responsibilities that take practice. We help young men strengthen communication, navigate relationships, manage everyday tasks, and think through decisions and their consequences.
Entrepreneurship
An interest or idea can open the door to something meaningful. We encourage young men to explore their creativity, recognize their abilities, and learn what it takes to turn an idea into action through planning, discipline, and consistent effort.
Mental Wellness
Young men need room to talk honestly about what they feel and face. We encourage conversations about emotions, stress, and confidence, helping them understand that asking for help is a responsible and courageous step.
Community
Every young man deserves a place where he is seen, valued, and welcomed. Through shared experiences and opportunities to serve, we build connections that help young men find brotherhood and recognize what they can contribute to the lives of others.
Identity and Purpose
Every young man deserves to know that he is more than the labels placed on him. We help young men recognize their worth, discover their gifts, and understand that they were created with purpose. As they grow, we encourage them to see how their choices and abilities can make a meaningful difference.
Character and Accountability
How a young man carries himself matters. We encourage discipline, respect, humility, honesty, and excellence in everyday life. Through guidance and opportunities to practice, we help young men take responsibility for their choices, learn from mistakes, and follow through on their commitments.

The King’s Summit
Our annual conference for young men ages 11 to 21
The King’s Summit brings mentorship, inspiring speakers, practical life skills, and honest conversations together. We help young men recognize their worth, explore their gifts, and think about how their everyday choices shape the men they are becoming.

Kings in Motion Field Day
For young men ages 8 to 18
A day of activity, friendly competition, and fun with purpose. Through games and shared experiences, young men practice teamwork, encourage one another, and build confidence while connecting with their community.
The crown is on us.
Every Label Me King experience is free for participants. Donors and sponsors make this possible, helping us create spaces where young men can learn, connect, and grow.
Advance registration is required so we can prepare meals, resources, and event materials with each participant in mind.

THE HEART BEHIND LABEL ME KING
Meet our founder, TiffMichelle.
Seeing their worth. Investing in who they are becoming.
As a mother of four, minister, and advocate, TiffMichelle understands how much it matters for young people to have someone in their corner. Her heart for boys and young men, especially Black and Brown boys, is rooted in the belief that they deserve to be seen for who they are and encouraged in who they can become.
She founded Label Me King to help young men look beyond the labels placed on them, recognize their gifts, and understand that they were created with purpose. Inspired by 1 Peter 2:9, her approach brings faith into action through care, guidance, and opportunities to learn, lead, and serve.
Her desire is for every young man who connects with Label Me King to know that his voice matters, his life has value, and he has a community willing to walk alongside him as he grows.

A young man can carry questions, pressures, and struggles that never make it into a conversation. He needs people who will listen, take him seriously, and help him work through what he faces.
Label Me King began in 2023 to create spaces where those conversations could happen alongside practical learning and meaningful relationships. We give boys and young men room to ask questions, learn from mistakes, discover their strengths, and prepare for everyday responsibilities.
Every gathering is an opportunity to show up for a young man and remind him that he has support as he takes his next step.
