Every girl deserves to know she is more than enough exactly as she is.
Enough Period helps girls understand that their worth has been part of them from the very beginning. Rooted in faith, we offer affirmations, honest conversations, meaningful experiences, and resources that help them recognize their gifts and grow in confidence.
We make room for girls to ask questions, express themselves, build friendships, and feel supported as they learn who they are. Through the encouragement we give and the care we show, we help them see themselves as intentionally created, deeply loved, and full of purpose.
Our heart is for what they experience with us to stay with them long after an event ends. When comparison, pressure, or someone else’s opinion makes them question their value, we want them to have a truth to hold on to: “I am Enough. Period.”

Every girl needs encouragement she can believe, people she can count on, and opportunities to grow. These six foundations shape how we help her recognize her worth and carry that confidence into everyday life.
Faith
Our faith shapes the love we show and the truth we share: every girl is intentionally created, uniquely gifted, and worthy of care. We make room for questions and discovery as girls learn that their value does not depend on approval, appearance, or achievement.
Community
Girls need spaces where they can feel seen, heard, and accepted. We encourage friendships built on kindness, respect, and support, helping girls celebrate one another’s gifts while embracing their own.
Creative Expression
Encouragement grows stronger when girls have ways to put it into practice. Through creative activities, guided reflection, and practical tools, we help them express themselves, make thoughtful choices, and build skills they can use as they grow.
Identity
We help girls discover who they are beyond labels, comparisons, and other people’s expectations. Through reflection and conversation, they learn to appreciate their individuality, recognize their gifts, and express themselves with confidence.
Life Skills
Knowing her worth can shape how she navigates everyday life. We help girls practice speaking up, setting healthy boundaries, making thoughtful decisions, and building respectful relationships.

A reason to dress up, lace up, and celebrate. Our Sneaker Ball brings girls together for a joyful experience where they can express their style, connect with others, and feel celebrated for who they are.

I Am Enough Conference
Our annual conference brings girls together to explore who they are, recognize their worth, and grow in confidence. Through creative activities, meaningful conversations, and encouragement from motivational speakers and mentors, girls learn to embrace their gifts, set healthy boundaries, use their voices, and treat themselves with love and respect.
We want every girl to leave feeling celebrated, supported, and empowered, carrying practical tools and a lasting reminder: “I am Enough. Period.”

Our affirmation coloring book gives girls space to express themselves while taking in words that nurture confidence and self worth. Each page encourages her to celebrate who she is and remember that she is enough. Period.

Enough Period grew from the hearts of Ariel Ford and Adriene Lassiter, two young girls from Raleigh, North Carolina, who wanted other girls to know one thing: You are Enough. Period.
Their vision speaks to the heart of our work: helping girls recognize their value, discover their gifts, and understand what they can contribute to their communities right now. They do not have to reach a certain age or become someone else before their voices matter.

As executive director, TiffMichelle brings her passion for ministry, advocacy, and service to the work of Enough Period. She helps create opportunities for girls to feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they grow.
Her heart for young people connects the organization’s message to meaningful community experiences and a commitment to helping girls recognize their worth.

A MOVEMENT BORN FROM PURPOSE
Two young leaders.
One powerful question.
“What about the girls?”
At nine years old, Ariel watched her mother create opportunities for boys and young men, and she realized girls needed a space of their own. She wanted girls facing bullying, discouragement, and self doubt to hear the same affirmations that encouraged her every day.
That question sparked Enough Period, and the first event took place in spring 2024. Adriene joined the movement later that year and helped carry the vision forward.
Together, they are creating opportunities for girls to embrace who they are, believe in what they can offer, and encourage one another along the way.

AGES 6 TO 11
The Royals
Through creative activities, affirmations, and shared experiences, our youngest girls learn to celebrate what makes them unique. We help them name their feelings, practice kindness, build friendships, and grow comfortable using their voices.
AGES 12 TO 17
The Queens
As girls navigate changing expectations and relationships, we make room for honest conversations about identity, peer pressure, boundaries, and emotional wellness. With encouragement and practical guidance, they learn to make thoughtful decisions, build healthy relationships, and lead with confidence.

Through our annual conference and smaller gatherings throughout the year, we bring girls together for experiences rooted in self worth, emotional wellness, leadership, faith, life skills, and belonging.
