Can I bring my own design, or can you help me create one?
Both! Bring a design you already love, or share your ideas and we can create one together. We will talk through the details and any design fees before you place your order.
Can I provide my own items?
We provide the items we personalize and do not accept customer supplied items. We carefully select materials that work well with our printing and personalization process so we can create a finished product we are proud to put in your hands.
Will I see my design before my items are printed?
Yes! You will have an opportunity to review and approve your design before we begin printing.
Can I order the same design again later?
Absolutely! We keep approved designs for 12 months after your most recent order, making it easier to come back for more. After that time, contact us to check whether your design is still available. We will confirm current item availability and pricing before placing your repeat order.
Ordering and payment
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order is required. Whether you need one item or something for the whole group, we would love to hear what you have in mind.
How far ahead should I reach out?
Please reach out at least two weeks before you need your completed order. That gives us time to discuss your ideas, confirm the details, and plan your project.
Can you accommodate an order needed sooner than two weeks?
Sometimes! Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project and our schedule. Reach out with your order details and needed date, and we can discuss what is possible.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due when you place your order.
Are there additional design fees?
We will discuss any design fees and other costs with you before you place your order, so you know what to expect.
Can I make changes or cancel after placing my order?
Because your order is custom made just for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If you need to change a detail, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes can be made before printing begins. Once printing has started, we will discuss whether the change is possible and any additional cost before moving forward.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each item is custom made and created to order, all sales are final. Please review your order details carefully before approving your project.
Receiving your order
Do you offer shipping, pickup, or delivery?
Yes! We offer shipping, local pickup, and delivery. We will discuss the available options and any associated costs when we confirm your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the concern together and discuss possible resolutions.
